Registered Nurse

Angel Medical Center, part of Mission Health, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.

In this role, you will provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care to individuals and families across the continuum of care in our full-service critical access hospital.

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments safely, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

You will educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies, promoting health, safety, and recovery.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will prioritize and manage multiple patients, respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, and play an active role in emergency situations, postoperative care, and rehabilitation support.

You will accurately document care in the electronic medical record, adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory standards, and actively participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice projects.
