Job Description

RN Medical Team Administrator Vance County Jail Henderson, North Carolina Full Time | Rotating Schedule Opposite Staff Nurse Competitive Pay Sign On & Retention Bonus Build Something Meaningful from the Start Southern Health Partners is launching services at Vance County Jail and is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to serve as Medical Team Administrator. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role at a new site, help establish clinical workflows, and set the standard for patient care from day one. This position works on a rotating schedule opposite a staff nurse, providing leadership coverage and maintaining continuity of care within the facility. It offers a structured environment with professional autonomy and consistent support. With more than 30 years of correctional healthcare experience, Southern Health Partners provides the framework and clinical backing nurse leaders need to succeed.
