This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role at a new site, help establish clinical workflows, and set the standard for patient care from day one. This position works on a rotating schedule opposite a staff nurse, providing leadership coverage and maintaining continuity of care within the facility. It offers a structured environment with professional autonomy and consistent support. Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
