About This Role
As a Charge Nurse in our Operating Room, you'll oversee daily surgical operations while managing a team of nursing staff. Your responsibilities include coordinating case schedules, ensuring surgical protocols are followed, managing resources and inventory, and maintaining quality standards across multiple operating rooms. You'll handle real-time problem-solving when complications arise and mentor nurses to strengthen team performance. This is a leadership role in a high-pressure environment where your clinical expertise and decision-making directly impact patient outcomes and surgical efficiency. The position suits experienced OR nurses with strong organizational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and proven experience managing teams. You'll need advanced clinical knowledge and the confidence to lead during complex procedures.

Requirements
