About This Role
In this Clinical Nurse Coordinator role at HealthONE, you'll manage the day-to-day flow of patient care across your unit while supporting nursing staff at the bedside. Your responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations, ensuring care teams follow evidence-based protocols and regulatory requirements, and working alongside doctors and specialists to develop and implement patient care plans. You'll mentor nurses, identify training needs, and foster a workplace centered on safety and quality outcomes. Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
