Join Our Team as an RN Weekender - Cardiac Neuro ICU! Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 Your pay will reflect your expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights:

Sign-On

Bonus: Enjoy a $10,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 5+ years of critical care experience, paid in two installments ($5,000 at 3 months and $5,000 at 12 months). Position: RN Weekender - Cardiac Neuro ICU Location: Edward Main Hospital Full Time: 36 hours/week Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM What You Will Need: Preferred Education, Skills, and

Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing Required Education, Skills, and

Experience: 5 years of RN critical care experience Associate Degree or higher in Nursing If your highest degree is an Associate Degree in Nursing, you must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of your start date. Required License and Certification: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of starting the position What You Will Do: As an RN in our Cardiac Neuro ICU, you will: Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, and monitor patient progress. Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff members. Collaborate as a team member to achieve unit goals.
