Job Description
The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator at Swedish Medical Center is responsible for delivering exceptional patient-centered care in our state-of-the-art Stepdown Intensive Care Unit.
This role involves supervising and coordinating nursing staff activities to ensure the highest standards of care, promoting patient safety, and optimizing outcomes.
The coordinator will act as a key liaison among the nursing staff, patients, and other medical professionals to facilitate communication and effective patient care.

Requirements
Active RN license required.
1–2+ years of ICU/critical care experience.
BLS and ACLS required. CCRN preferred.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
