In this role, you will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals to ensure safe, timely, and coordinated treatment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
You will administer medications, titrate drips, interpret cardiac rhythms and lab values, respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, and participate in emergencies including codes and rapid response calls.
You will educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and transitions of care, providing compassionate support during critical and often stressful situations.
At HealthONE, you will be part of a culture of excellence and compassion that prioritizes patient safety, quality improvement, and innovation in healthcare.
You will participate in unit‑based councils, continuing education, and evidence‑based practice initiatives to continually advance your clinical expertise.
