Description: JOB SUMMARY The Clinical Staff (CMA, RMA, CST or LPN) support providers and the multidisciplinary bariatric team in delivering high-quality care to patients participating in the bariatric surgical programs. The role involves patient interaction, sensitive communication, and reliable handling of both medical and front-office tasks. Includes assisting with patient intake, care coordination, and patient education while ensuring efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient experience and plays a key role in supporting patients through their pre-operative and post-operative care journey.
