Job Description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a Part-Time LPN to deliver compassionate, quality care within correctional facilities.
In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, including assessments, vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and documentation in compliance with state and facility standards.
You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and custody staff to support safe, efficient operations and positive patient outcomes.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
