About This Role
You'll provide direct patient care and medication management at a behavioral health facility dedicated to supporting people through recovery. As an LVN or LPT, your days will involve administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, documenting clinical observations, and collaborating with the treatment team to support individualized care plans. You'll work within Crestwood's patient-centered approach, which emphasizes dignity and self-directed recovery. This role suits compassionate healthcare professionals who want meaningful work in mental health and substance abuse treatment rather than acute hospital settings. You'll need strong clinical fundamentals, excellent communication skills to work with vulnerable populations, and the ability to function as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on long-term patient outcomes.
