About This Role
This full-time CNA position at HumanGood's South Anaheim community involves hands-on support for residents across multiple care areas, including personal hygiene, daily living activities, and recreational engagement. You'll work directly with residents to understand their individual preferences and help them stay as independent as possible. Your daily responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals, plus supporting social and recreational programs. You'll also play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe living environment. The role requires weekend availability. This position suits caregivers who genuinely enjoy working with seniors, communicate well, pay attention to detail, and can balance multiple residents' needs while respecting their dignity and choices.

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
Schedule: Full-time = Must be available to work weekends.
