Job Description

Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse! Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 Your pay will reflect your expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse - Inpatient Medical Neuro Unit and Neuro ICU (flexible between both units) Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL

Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours/week Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with every other weekend required Travel: No required travel Your Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in patient care. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Conducting thorough patient assessments and collecting health data from patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinating patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicating effectively with patients and families, both in person and through written correspondence. Customizing patient and family education based on individual assessments to meet specific learning needs. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate and enhance nursing practices. Staying updated on current nursing standards, laws, and regulations. What You’ll Need: Prior nursing experience is preferred. Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school. Current nursing licensure in the State of Illinois.
