Job Description

Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in the Neurology Unit! Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 Your pay will reflect your expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse - Neurology Unit - Days Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL

Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours/week Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Every other weekend Required Travel: No Your Role: As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will: Conduct thorough patient assessments and gather health data from patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, whether in person, on the phone, or in writing. Tailor patient and family education based on individual assessments to meet specific learning needs. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate and enhance nursing practices. Stay updated on current nursing standards, laws, and regulations. What You’ll Need: Completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.
