Shift: 3x12 NOC Are you an experienced ICU nurse ready to take your skills to a Level II trauma center? Join our healthcare partner's dynamic team in a 12-bed NT/SICU unit, where you'll provide exceptional care to patients with complex needs, including those with ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains. As a valued member of the team, you'll also have the opportunity to float to various units such as Cardiovascular, Telemetry Care, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg as needed, broadening your experience and impact. Provide critical care to neuro/trauma patients in a Level II trauma unit Float to Cardiovascular, Telemetry Care, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg units as required Utilize EPIC charting for accurate and efficient patient documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of acute critical care experience Level II trauma critical care experience required Current CA RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications Previous traveler experience necessary Need EPIC charting experience Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
