Job Description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a compassionate LPN or RN to provide direct patient care in our correctional healthcare & medical services department.
In this unique setting, you will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate chronic disease management, respond to emergencies, and document accurately in compliance with state and facility regulations.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
