Job Description

Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a compassionate LPN or RN to provide quality medical care in a correctional setting within our Healthcare & Medical Services department.

Responsibilities include assessing and triaging patients, administering medications and treatments, assisting with chronic disease management, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with state and facility regulations.

You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver medical, dental, and psychiatric support.

Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.

Certifications

BLS required. IV certification a plus.
