About This Role
You'll work as a PRN (as-needed) registered nurse handling patient admissions for Silverado Hospice across the Riverside, Temecula, Hemet, and Inland Empire regions. Your days will involve conducting initial assessments, completing intake documentation, and establishing care plans for patients entering hospice services.
