About This Role
As a Charge Nurse in our skilled nursing facility, you'll manage the overall care and support needs of our residents during night shifts (11 PM–7 AM). You'll oversee nursing staff, coordinate treatment plans, respond to resident requests, and ensure quality care standards are maintained throughout your shift. This is a full-time role working four days on with two days off, with weekend availability required. You'll earn $55–$62 per hour depending on experience, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends. Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
