Job Description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a dedicated LPN or RN to provide compassionate clinical care within correctional healthcare & medical services.
In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, perform assessments, support chronic disease management, and document services in compliance with state and facility regulations.
You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, quality, and continuity of care for incarcerated individuals.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
