Job Description
Mosaic Life Care seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team.
The LPN provides direct bedside care, administers medications, monitors vital signs, and maintains accurate EHR documentation while collaborating with RNs and physicians.
You will support patient education, promote infection control, and contribute to care planning using state-of-the-art technology.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
