Job Description
Mosaic Life Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team.
In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor patient status, and document in the EHR.
You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans, educate patients and families, and promote community wellness.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
