Job Description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide direct patient care in our correctional healthcare & medical services department.
You will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, respond to emergencies, and support chronic disease management for incarcerated individuals.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll ensure compliance with state regulations while promoting safety, dignity, and quality care.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
