Job Description
HumanGood community is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our senior residents in delivering exceptional, person-centered care.
In this on-site role, you’ll administer medications and treatments, monitor health status, and document care using EHR systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized wellness plans that promote independence and dignity.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
