Job Description
HumanGood community is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving senior residents.
In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on clinical care, administer medications, monitor health status, and support individualized wellness plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and families while promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
