Job Description
Just a short drive from Spokane, Washington sits this Level 3 Trauma, 50-bed independent hospital and clinic system. Their 100+ provider group is looking for additional BE/BC Pediatric Hospitalists seeking work life balance, financial freedom, and physician autonomy. Position:
- Work 7, 24-hour shifts/month.
- $285,000+ starting base salary, candidate experience considered.
- Average census of 0-3 patients, with between 3-10 patient carries per shift.
- Primary workload takes place in Mother Baby unit.
- Up to $75,000 sign on bonus and $200,000+ in student loan repayment.

Requirements
Active RN license required.
1+ year of ER or acute-care experience.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. TNCC preferred.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
