Job Description
Cascade Medical, a top critical-access hospital, in Leavenworth, Washington (WA) seeks a Family Medicine (FM) Physician to join their stable and tenured team of 6 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners as the Medical Director.
- Outpatient only with no call
- Dedicated time for administrative medical director duties each week
- Max expectation of 18 patients per day
- 4-day work week
- 0% Full-time RN turnover in 2024
- Options to pick up ED shifts or incorporate specific interests in pain management or other interests
- Some opportunity to utilize Spanish language skills
Compensation
- Base salary + Medical Director hourly rate of ~$290,804.10
- Incentive bonus guarantee of $14,000
- Quality bonus incentive
- Sign-on bonus of $25,000
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- Total package prior to loan repayment is ~$344,804 - Negotiable based on skills and experience

Requirements
Active RN license required.
1+ year of ER or acute-care experience.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. TNCC preferred.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
