Job Description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a compassionate LPN or RN to provide direct patient care in a correctional healthcare setting.
Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, treatments, chronic care management, triage, and urgent response in accordance with state regulations and facility protocols.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
