As a Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role is ideal for LVNs experienced or interested in home health, geriatric care, dementia care, and community-based nursing.
