If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team: As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes, but is not limited to: Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents. Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status. Medication administration. Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff. Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information. Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment. Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
