- MD or DO
- Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Traumatology or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible required
- Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses
- Strong clinical and surgical skill set with a commitment to quality and evidence-based care
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Open to graduating fellows and experienced orthopedic surgeons Compensation & Benefits
- Two-year guaranteed
salary: $739,410, plus production beginning at 10,650 wRVUs
- Straight production model starting in year 3
- Earning potential of $1M+

Requirements
Active RN license required.
1+ year of ER or acute-care experience.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. TNCC preferred.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
