Job Description
Swedish Medical Center, a part of the HealthONE network, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Mother-Baby Unit.
This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of our unit, ensuring that our standards of high-quality, patient-centered care are upheld.
The Coordinator will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art hospital, providing guidance and leadership to nursing staff while overseeing the comprehensive care of postpartum mothers and their newborns.
Responsibilities include staff management, coordinating patient care, maintaining safety and compliance, and enhancing patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
