Job Description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a compassionate LPN or RN to provide quality medical care in correctional facilities.
In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, perform clinical assessments, and support chronic disease management while ensuring compliance with state and facility regulations.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
