How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver Essential, High-Quality Care: You will be on the front lines, providing direct, compassionate nursing care in alignment with established professional standards and protocols, ensuring every patient receives safe and effective treatment. Drive Patient Outcomes: Take ownership of the healing journey by implementing, rigorously monitoring, and actively adjusting individualized patient care plans to achieve the best possible results. Serve as the Care Coordinator: Function as the primary leader and central hub, bridging communication and ensuring seamless collaboration across physicians, specialists, and all multidisciplinary team members for holistic patient care. Critical Assessment and Action: Utilize your expert clinical observation skills to monitor, document, and communicate a patient’s condition, and execute physician and nursing orders precisely as part of a comprehensive care strategy. Plan for Success: Champion the patient's transition by proactively assessing needs and coordinating discharge planning with the patient, their family, and the broader healthcare team to ensure a successful recovery and continuity of care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
