About This Role

This registered nurse position supports an 18-bed surgical rehabilitation unit focused on orthopedic, bariatric, and neurosurgical patients at UAB St. Vincent's East. You'll work the night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., providing direct patient care during the post-operative recovery phase. Your responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, managing pain and medications, assisting with mobility and wound care, and communicating with day-shift teams about patient progress.
