Job Description
Schmitt Woodland Hills is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team across all shifts (day, evening, and night).
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required) This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $17.36 – $24.40 per hour (based on experience and shift) Shift differentials for evening, night, and weekends Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligibility based on status) 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave Life insurance and short-term disability Flexible scheduling options Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care to residents Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals Monitor residents and report changes in health or behavior to nursing staff Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support individualized care plans Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide emotional support Ensure a calm and supportive environment, especially during evening and overnight hours Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required) Eligible to work as a CNA in Wisconsin Ability to commute to Richland Center, WI 53581 (Required) Willingness to relocate before starting (Required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused mindset

Requirements
Active state CNA certification.
Prior long-term care or hospital experience preferred — new CNAs welcome.
BLS preferred, not always required.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
