Lead Nursing Care with Independence and Purpose Position: Full Time RN Medical Team Administrator Location: Waushara County Jail – Wautoma, Wisconsin
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Sign On & Retention Bonus Available. Some nursing roles follow routines. Others give you the opportunity to lead. Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to oversee on site medical services at the Waushara County Jail . This full time position offers a unique opportunity to practice nursing with autonomy while guiding the day to day delivery of care in a structured correctional healthcare environment. In this solo RN leadership role , you will serve as the primary clinical authority at the facility, coordinating care, supporting patient needs, and ensuring quality medical services are delivered with professionalism and integrity. Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
