Job Description
Swedish Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Stepdown ICU to join our progressive team.
This position requires specialized knowledge in intermediate care between the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and the medical-surgical floor, striving to achieve the balance of patient complexity and nurses' abilities.

Requirements
Active RN license required.
1–2+ years of ICU/critical care experience.
BLS and ACLS required. CCRN preferred.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
