Opportunity Information Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary Aortic Disease Program in San Francisco, California. About the Opportunity As a key member of the Aortic Disease Program, you'll support patients across the continuum of care - from outpatient consultations and longitudinal management to inpatient care and procedural support. This role offers a dynamic mix of clinical responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to a growing, innovative program focused on excellence in patient outcomes and translational research.
