Job Description

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN to join our dedicated Healthcare & Medical Services team, supporting residents in our high-quality senior living community.

As an LPN PRN, you will provide hands-on nursing care for residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

You will administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and community policies, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly and appropriately to changes in status.

In this role, you will perform assessments, document in the electronic health record, and communicate clearly with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support coordinated, person-centered care.

You will supervise and support caregivers and medication aides during your shifts, providing coaching, direction, and oversight to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

As a PRN nurse, you will enjoy flexible scheduling while still playing an integral part in the community, filling in for open shifts, helping with admissions and discharges, and supporting continuity of care.

You will participate in care planning, follow infection control and safety protocols, and promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.

This opportunity is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about working with seniors, values a supportive and growth-oriented culture, and wants to make a meaningful impact every day.

At Stellar Senior Living, you will be part of a mission-driven organization committed to enhancing lives and fostering community, while developing your clinical skills and professional growth in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
