You will administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and community policies, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly and appropriately to changes in status.
In this role, you will perform assessments, document in the electronic health record, and communicate clearly with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support coordinated, person-centered care.
You will supervise and support caregivers and medication aides during your shifts, providing coaching, direction, and oversight to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
As a PRN nurse, you will enjoy flexible scheduling while still playing an integral part in the community, filling in for open shifts, helping with admissions and discharges, and supporting continuity of care.
You will participate in care planning, follow infection control and safety protocols, and promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
