In this position you will be working in a 35 bed Acute Medical Care/Oncology Unit that primarily cares for acute adult with a variety of different medical diagnoses. Our oncology population provides our nurses the opportunity to become chemotherapy certified and provides the opportunity to care for a number of Hospice and Palliative Care patients. Job Summary and Qualifications Out Patient Wound Care RN What qualifications you will need: RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state. Associate's degree; Bachelor’s degree is preferred BLS required, and must be obtained within 90 days of employment Must obtain ACLS within 6 Months of hire or transfer At least one-year clinical nursing preferred TriStar Summit is a 234 bed comprehensive facility. We serve Davidson, Wilson and surrounding counties. We include a Level III Trauma Center. We offer a full array of acute care services. These include cardiology, oncology, orthopedics/spine, rehabilitation and women’s services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. We are a Primary Stroke Center.
