About This Role

As a Service Advisor at this Honolulu-based dealership, you function as the primary clinical coordinator between vehicle owners and the maintenance department. Your daily workflow involves triaging customer concerns, translating technical diagnostic results into clear cost estimates, and managing high-volume scheduling within the Dealer Management System. This role is a perfect match for a nurse—such as an LPN or RN—looking to pivot away from bedside care into a fast-paced, consultative environment that prioritizes interpersonal connection and active listening. You will spend your shifts navigating complex service histories, resolving disputes with empathy, and ensuring every client receives precise timelines for their vehicle’s recovery. The company values a methodical yet sociable approach, rewarding those who can balance administrative accuracy with a patient-centered mindset. Compensation is structured around performance incentives, offering an annual earning potential between $42,000 and $84,000. Beyond the commission-based pay, you’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package including 401k matching, a "Personal Purpose Day" for time off, and specialized mental health and diabetes management support. If you excel at multitasking in high-pressure settings and want a break from direct patient care while keeping your communication skills sharp, this Maunawili position offers a stable, corporate-backed career path.
