About This Role
This ICU resident position is designed for newly licensed nurses ready to launch their careers in critical care. You'll work in the Edmonds facility starting July 2026, learning through a mix of classroom training, hands-on simulation, and real patient care under the guidance of experienced preceptors. The program provides structured support to help you develop expertise in intensive care nursing over time. This role suits RNs with less than a year of experience who want mentorship while building foundational critical care skills. You'll gain practical experience managing acute patients while having access to teaching resources and regular feedback from your preceptor team.
