This locum tenens role places an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner at the center of a fast-paced urgent care network in the Mill Valley area. Working three 12-hour shifts per week, you will manage a high-volume caseload ranging from 36 to 48 patients daily, spanning all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics. The position requires a clinician comfortable with clinical versatility, as you will navigate between various local clinics and handle virtual consultations. Daily responsibilities demand sharp procedural skills, including fracture management, splinting, suturing, and incision and drainage. Because this role involves high acuity and rapid turnaround, candidates must have at least two years of recent experience in emergency medicine or urgent care settings. Beyond the competitive hourly rate of $70.00 to $90.00, the position offers a seamless transition into the California market with fully covered housing, travel, and malpractice insurance.
