About This Role
You'll work as a full-time RN in our Stepdown ICU, managing patients who are transitioning out of intensive care but still require close monitoring and skilled nursing attention. Your day involves tracking vital signs, administering complex medications, responding quickly to patient deterioration, and collaborating with doctors and clinical teams to adjust care plans. You'll educate patients and families on their conditions and recovery while maintaining the vigilance that high-acuity care demands. This role suits nurses with ICU experience who thrive in fast-paced settings, can multitask across several patients, and want to make a direct impact on patient outcomes during a critical phase of recovery.
