Job Description
Stellar Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Wellness Nurse to support residents in our Healthcare & Medical Services department.
In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical and personal care, manage medications, and coordinate with physicians and families.
You will assess resident health, develop and update care plans, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
The Wellness Nurse also supervises caregivers, supports training, and promotes a safe, warm, and engaging community focused on dignity, independence, and personal growth for every resident in our care.

Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
