About This Role

In this role, you'll provide direct personal care and assistance to patients in their homes throughout San Francisco. Your day-to-day work involves helping clients with activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, while also offering companionship and emotional reassurance. You'll work as part of a larger care team that includes nurses, social workers, and other specialists focused on palliative and hospice care. This is hands-on, in-home work where you'll make a real difference in patients' quality of life during vulnerable times. You should be compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with people facing serious illness. Ideal candidates have prior caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
