As an RN, you will provide safe, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive nursing care to diverse patient populations across our network, collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff.

This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary care, educating patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge plans, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.

You will play an active role in quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards, while supporting an environment of safety, respect, and inclusion.

The culture at RWJBarnabas Health emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and innovation, and you will be encouraged to participate in shared governance, unit-based councils, and evidence-based practice projects.

You will also have access to robust continuing education, clinical competencies, and professional development pathways, including opportunities to pursue specialty certifications and career advancement.

Ideal candidates bring strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency with electronic medical records, effective communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced acute care or ambulatory setting.

This is a full-time position that may require rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 patient care within a field/on-site hospital or clinical environment in New Jersey, where you will contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care within a diverse community.
