About This Role
Focusing on high-acuity pediatric otolaryngology, this position serves as a cornerstone of specialized care at Hawaii’s premier women and children's trauma center. You will work within a collaborative group of eight specialists, managing a clinical schedule of three office days and 1.5 dedicated operating room days per week. The practice environment accommodates a diverse case mix, allowing you to handle everything from routine procedures to complex surgical interventions within a Level III pediatric facility. This role is designed for a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric ENT who values professional autonomy without the burden of in-house call, as the hospital maintains onsite airway experts 24/7. Beyond the clinical scope, the position offers a significant financial incentive through a $100,000 signing package and income potential reaching the 90th percentile of national benchmarks. It is an ideal fit for an experienced specialist or a graduating fellow seeking a balanced lifestyle in Honolulu, where the demands of a high-volume surgical practice are offset by the accessibility of world-class beaches and outdoor recreation. This is a full-time staff appointment backed by a robust network of over 25 pediatric subspecialties, ensuring comprehensive support for your patients and a sustainable pace for your career.
