About This Role
This is a nursing support position at a senior living facility where you'll provide direct care to residents during overnight and weekend shifts. Full-time roles run 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. with every other weekend included, while per diem staff can choose between day (7 a.m.-7 p.m.) or night (7 p.m.-7 a.m.) shifts. You'll assist with activities of daily living, monitor resident comfort, and support the nursing team in a skilled care environment. The role pays $16.00–$18.50 per hour depending on your experience level, with a $1,500 retention bonus available for full-time employees.
